The Breeze Specter. Billowfly are very social Specters whose regularly interact with and integrate humans in their activities. They are truly free spirits, going wherever the wind takes them, even if they bump into a few things along the way. You’re sure to find them on a clear day, when the skies are bright blue.

Overview
An energetic, outgoing athlete who lives for the outdoors. With youthful spirit, beauty, and confidence, Skylar easily gets along with others and flits from one thing to the next, as if everything was a breeze.
Though, as a recent high school graduate, she seems to be having trouble knowing where to go next.

Trivia
- Though Skylar is physically adept at many sports, her favorite is soccer.
- Her specialty is scoring penalty goals, as her connection with wind helps her feel out the right arc for the ball to travel.
- Her least favorite role is as goalkeeper, because she prefers to be more active.
- Her twin brother, Ciel, was born in the evening - nearly 12 hours after she was born in the morning. As a result, Skylar loves to tease him with her so-called ‘older sister authority’, to his chagrin.
- Ever since graduating high school, Sky has taken a gap year in order to look around and explore the world, so I can find somewhere nice and safe to land!
- Botany is a side interest for Skylar, as she has always been drawn towards colorful flowers. Though she herself lacks a green thumb, she checks the plants she comes across to make sure they’re in good health.
- She jokes that she thought BOTONIC would be her secondary element ever since she was young, because she loved rolling around in the grass and sipping the sugar out of honeysuckle flowers.
- Legally, Skylar is blind in both eyes. Since glasses get in the way of her physical activities, she opts to use her ANEMO Value to feel out the world around her instead - similar to how a bat uses echolocation. Rather than paying attention to people’s appearances, such as their facial features, she focuses more on their voice, breathing, and the manner of body language.
- A benefit of this is how Skylar’s other senses are stronger, such as her hearing and smell.
- A consequence of this is Skylar’s facial-blindness, as well as her overall disinterest in looking people in the eyes when speaking with them. It has caused her trouble in the past, though she’s managed to improvise and charm people out of thinking that she was being rude.
- Skylar notes that her older brother, Adam, wears a scarf that is very convenient for her to identify him; the long, pointed ends are like a big, waving flag.
- Unless the temperature is below zero, shorts will always be a viable option. Skylar commonly attended her classes in the winter by wearing a large jacket and shorts, claiming that her legs never got cold.
- Ciel has theorized that Skylar uses her Value to divert the cold parts of the air away from her, but Skylar insists that she’s simply built differently.
- Even though Skylar has no particular interest in her appearance, many people see a natural beauty in her. She is even described to be more handsome than her brothers - so much so that she has been approached on the street by modeling agencies. She would decline, as posing for pictures seemed incredibly dull to her.
- Many of those she dated in high school were people who approached her first. She would go along with it but fail to feel a similar spark.
- Sky’s Specter was impulsively named after a character from a show she was into at the time. It was by sheer coincidence that the name also closely resembles her own, which Ciel constantly teases her for.
- Krysmoth, particularly Ciel’s, do not get along with Skylar.
- Yearning to master every activity that involves the sky or wind in any way, Skylar has traveled throughout the country in hopes to find something that clicks with her. Through this, she hopes to find a career that intersects with her Value and love of the outdoors, and though she has developed many skills along the way (she is a proud kitist and will talk your ear off about the kite community) she still remains uncertain about what she truly wants to do for the rest of her life.
- She refuses to settle on a ‘boring 9-5 job’ and, as a result, has no professional experience.
- Libraries are uninteresting to Skylar, but she’s gotten into the habit of visiting them in her down time. She frequently gets reprimanded for running and has yet to learn her lesson.
- In secret, Skylar not only believes in a hypothetical perfect career, she believes in some perfect suitor for herself as well. She is a romantic at heart who has a weakness for lovey-dovey things, though she refuses to admit it due to embarrassment.
- However, she has never fully committed to a relationship. She has a bad habit of going from one person to another, engaging with them on a surface level and refusing to settle completely.
- Goggles and other eyewear are not Skylar’s style. She doesn’t have the habit of brushing her bangs out of her eyes either. In general, things getting in the way of her vision don’t bother her.
- Her greatest inspiration is pilot and charmer Araceli De Los Santos. She claims that she had met Araceli while she was out on a wide field, finding the pilot in the wreckage of a small planecrash. She kept Araceli company and assisted in her recovery, though fortunately the injuries were minimal.
- The main reason Skylar distanced herself from her parents after graduating from high school was due to their pressuring her in the same manner they did Adam. Unlike him, she still has yet to find her footing and fears the possibility of going back to them for the sake of stability.
